Guide: Talk to Shanks in South Perry in front of the huge ship called “The Victoria” and he will offer to bring you to Victoria Island for 150 mesos. Collect 150 mesos and speak with Shanks and you will be transported to Victoria Island. Note that once you leave Maple Island permanently, you will never be permitted to come back.
