Guide: Talk to Pia in the Mushroom Market in Henesys and she will ask you to collect 60 Blue Mushroom Tops (which can be found by fighting Blue Mushrooms), and 60 Green Mushroom Tops (which can be found by fighting Green Mushrooms). Once you have collected all the required items, go back to Pia and you have completed the quest.
